Once your contract is signed and your invoice is paid, you will receive your first round of logo drafts in 7-10 business days. From there, the revision process typically takes between 1-3 business days. 

As far as the quality of the logo, the PNG file does not limit the quality of your logo. The PNG version of your logo is perfect for using your logo online. For example, social media, wedding websites, and sending invites online. 

The SVG version of your logo allows you to change the color of your logo in graphic design apps like Canva or Adobe Illustrator. SVG does not download as crisp as a PNG file. If you are using your logo for social media but you need to change the color of it, we highly suggest that you change the color of your logo using the SVG file type and when downloading the new color of your logo you download it as a PNG file. 

The AI file is best for all of your printing needs - like flyers, business cards, t-shirts, napkins, cups, tablecloths, large-scale versions of your logo (for example a photo backdrop), etc. If you want to send your logo to vendors for printing of any sort — we highly suggest adding the AI (vector) file to your logo package for $50! We have found that most vendors need this file for their software when printing!

All payment is processed through our Business Zelle Account. If you do not have Zelle/ it is not available in your region, please message us so we can discuss further options. 

You will have the option to pay for your service in full, or send a 50% deposit to begin, where the remaining 50% is due before sending your FINAL files over

Our favorite user-friendly way to use your logo is by uploading the logo to Canva.com. With this, you can watermark it on images, videos, change the background… the possibilities are endless.
